The Milez Company, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company operating as PeakRPh ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use the PeakRPh platform at peakrph.com ("Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you register for the Service, we collect: pharmacy name, administrator name, email address, username, and password. This information is necessary to create and manage your account and provide the Service.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment instrument data on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We receive from Stripe a customer identifier, subscription status, and plan information necessary to manage your subscription.
You — the pharmacy customer — enter and manage all patient data within the Service. This may include patient names, dates of birth, gender, medication lists, allergies, medical conditions, and other clinical information. We process this data solely to provide the Service functionality you request (such as generating reports, running clinical scans, and managing medication records). We do not independently access, review, sell, or share patient data except as necessary to deliver the Service or as required by law.
We may collect technical information about how you access and use the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and actions taken. This data is used to maintain, improve, and secure the Service.
If you contact us at support@peakrph.com or through any other channel, we retain the content of those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve our Service.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process subscriptions and manage billing; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to generate reports, clinical scans, and handouts as requested by you; to communicate with you about your account, subscription, or the Service; to comply with legal obligations; and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or patient data to third parties. We may share information with the following categories of recipients:
Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the Service, including Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and security), n8n (workflow automation), xAI (AI model provider), PDFShift (PDF generation), and Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
AI model providers: To generate clinical reports and responses, patient and medication data you enter may be sent to AI model providers (currently xAI/Grok) as part of processing your requests. This data is sent transiently for processing and is not stored by the AI provider for training purposes.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States provided by our infrastructure partners (Supabase and Vercel). We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation or data export. After 30 days, we may delete your data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@peakrph.com. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
PeakRPh provides software tools to pharmacy professionals. The pharmacy customer is responsible for entering and managing all patient data within the Service and for complying with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws. We do not use or disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) for any purpose other than providing the Service as directed by you. If you require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), please contact us at support@peakrph.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing of your data, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@peakrph.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
The Service uses session storage and local storage in your browser to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics services that track individual users across websites. We do not serve advertisements on the Service.
The Service is intended for use by licensed pharmacy professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Patient data entered by pharmacy professionals may include information about minor patients as part of normal pharmacy practice — this data is managed by the pharmacy in accordance with applicable laws.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
